BioBlockcodes Demo

BioBlockcodes demo is a web-based application for testing whether a set of codons forms a circular code. It contains also a test for the strong C3 property. 

This app is based on the BioBlockcodes.jl-package.

It can be installed as a Docker image from DockerHub. The Docker tag is: cammbio/gcat-blockcodes-demo:latest

You may download the image by the shell command: 

docker pull cammbio/gcat-blockcodes-demo:latest 

You can start the container on your local computer with: 

docker run -p 8042:8042 cammbio/gcat-blockcodes-demo

8042 is a port number. Make sure that this port is not used on your local machine. Otherwise chose a different port number.

Open the web-app in your browser. Its URL is:

http://localhost:8042/StrongC3
